A \u00e2nsia de remarcar f\u00e9rias perdidas ou planear novas rotas debate-se com o receio das restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas ao setor do turismo. Contudo, os viajantes durante e p\u00f3s-Covid-19 valorizam outros fatores que n\u00e3o apenas a beleza do destino ou o custo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neste contexto de incerteza, a Expedia Group (uma das principais plataformas de viagens do mundo) encomendou um <a href=\"https:\/\/info.advertising.expedia.com\/hubfs\/Dscout%20Traveler%20Sentiment%20Study%20-%20download.pdf?hsCtaTracking=66902bd7-2c73-4d1c-80db-6e9121ea44b7%7Cbe42534e-04bf-450b-ae71-4eb51160e0e2\">estudo que visasse compreender o novo comportamento do viajante<\/a>. Com uma amostra de 143 pessoas de diferentes continentes e pa\u00edses \u2013 EUA, Canad\u00e1, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha, Austr\u00e1lia e Reino Unido \u2013, com uma viagem marcada entre junho e dezembro de 2020, foi poss\u00edvel chegar a quatro conclus\u00f5es-chave:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informa\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada com higiene e seguran\u00e7a \u00e9 fundamental;<\/li>\n<li>A maior parte dos viajantes tenciona ficar em casa de familiares ou casas de f\u00e9rias alugadas;<\/li>\n<li>As viagens de carro, dentro do pa\u00eds, s\u00e3o a nova tend\u00eancia;<\/li>\n<li>Os viajantes recorrem a v\u00e1rias fontes de informa\u00e7\u00e3o antes de marcar a viagem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perfil do novo viajante <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O inqu\u00e9rito levado a cabo pela Dscout (plataforma de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o qualitativa), em junho de 2020, permite determinar os novos comportamentos de quem viaja. Quase 30% dos inquiridos refere que <strong>a pr\u00f3xima viagem ser\u00e1 em fam\u00edlia ou para visitar amigos e parentes pr\u00f3ximos<\/strong>. A maior parte admite preterir uma estadia num boutique hotel ou resort, a favor de uma casa de f\u00e9rias alugada ou da casa de familiares ou amigos, mesmo que a longo prazo. Estes resultados demonstram que o novo viajante procura fugir das massas e dos alojamentos com grande lota\u00e7\u00e3o, para procurar s\u00edtios mais rec\u00f4nditos e privados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apenas 16% da amostra est\u00e1 confort\u00e1vel em viajar nos pr\u00f3ximos dois a tr\u00eas meses.<\/strong> No momento de considerar pr\u00f3ximas viagens, a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre medidas de seguran\u00e7a e protocolos de higiene, al\u00e9m da informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre que atra\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou monumentos est\u00e3o abertos, \u00e9 crucial para tranquilizar os viajantes e criar uma nova rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a com as companhias de viagens.<\/p>\n<p>Na atual situa\u00e7\u00e3o pand\u00e9mica, <strong>9 em 10 inquiridos recorreria a uma ag\u00eancia de viagens online para marcar uma viagem<\/strong>.
