Action: The international hotel group Mama Shelter trusted Message in a Bottle to communicate the opening of its first unit in Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula, Mama Shelter Lisboa. We defined and implemented a strategy that included Media Relations and Digital Influencers Management, as well as Social Media Management, seeking to define a multiplatform communication that reflected the unique personality of the brand and marked the relevance of this opening for hospitality and lifestyle in Portugal.
Results: Mama Shelter Lisboa’s communication is a case study for the agency. Media projection was extremely positive, totalling over 150 clipping references over three months in key Portuguese publications, with the addition of a remarkable diversity of content created by 18 Digital Influencers under agency management.
