Message in a Bottle and Mama Shelter Lisbon jointly won the ‘Activity Sectors – Travel, Tourism and Leisure’ category award for the communication strategy developed for the launch of the first Mama Shelter unit in Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula.Anchored in the sui generis personality of the brand, the strategy involved communication with the press, collaborations with digital influencers, social media management, sending newsletters and promoting events.The results speak for themselves: in eight months, 258 news items were published, with over 10 million reads and views, and 28,400 followers were reached organically on Instagram.
